The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of all items purchased from Brick Palace.

Article 2: Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Article 3: Prices and payment
- The amounts used by Brick Palace are only stated in euros.
- All prices are including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
- Brick Palace is authorized and justified at all times to change prices, especially if this proves necessary on the basis of legal regulations.
- All offers made by Brick Palace are valid while stocks last and for the duration determined by Brick Palace.
- Brick Palace is not liable for the content of the website and the corresponding typing errors. This also includes such typographical errors with regard to the indicated prices and products.
- Discounts and offers as predetermined are guaranteed.
- In the webshop you can pay with iDeal, various credit cards such as American Express, Maestro and VISA. In some cases, payment is also made afterwards. Additional information may be requested for incomplete information.
Article 4: Service and return
- At Brick Palace, a trial period of 8 days applies. This deals with the purchase. It is recommended to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt.
- During the approval period of Brick Palace, the right of withdrawal applies. When using the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned to Brick Palace in their original and undamaged packaging.
- As soon as products have been returned, they will be checked by Brick Palace. Once this has been approved, the purchase amount will be returned.
- If an inspection of the returned products shows that the packaging material is damaged or opened, the returned products will be refused.
- If the inspection reveals a manufacturing defect, the entire purchase amount including shipping costs will be credited.
- In the event of dissatisfaction with products and services, please contact Brick Palace by email.
- Brick Palace strives for a maximum response time of 24 hours on working days from Monday to Saturday.
- It is possible that you are not satisfied with a product and / or service. Please contact us as soon as possible by email. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible within 24 hours on working days.
Article 5: Guarantee
- Brick Palace offers a general guarantee in accordance with the conditions in Art. 4.
- We guarantee that if there is no valid warranty in accordance with Art.4 Lid. and our professionals estimate that you can be helped elsewhere, we refer you to a third party who may be able to help you further.
Article 6: Privacy regulations
- Brick Palace will never provide your information to third parties.
- Your data will only be used at Brick Palace for the correct administrative processing of delivery agreements and for managing the customer relationship; inquiries, orders, orders, invoices, payments, shipments as well as collection of amounts due, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
- If incomplete information is passed on to Brick Palace for correct administrative processing, Brick Palace will contact you for the missing information.
- Brick Palace will never ask you for PINs and passwords.
Article 7: Amendments / Provisions
- The applicable version of the General Terms and Conditions is the version in which the agreement has been concluded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- In case of force majeure, Brick Palace has the right to suspend the implementation of agreed agreements or to dissolve them without judicial intervention.
- If Art.1 Member. 2 applies, Brick Palace must inform you about this in writing without Brick Palace being obliged to pay any compensation, unless it is unacceptable in the given situation.
- All shortcomings are understood to be force majeure for which Brick Palace is not and / or cannot be liable. This may be due to legislative changes, legal acts and other opinions, among others; illness in staff, delays and other force majeure in suppliers and transport, also other force majeure such as strikes.
